Photo Description and Event Notes: When Boeing rolled out their latest aircraft, the 787 Dreamliner, MSI was chosen to provide a live audio and video down-link/playback from Boeing's Seattle Washington plant to Goodrich's Aerostructures Group in Chula Vista, California.
Goodrich was chosen by Boeing to design and manufacture the nacelle system for its new family of 787 Dreamliner airliners. Since launch, these ultra-efficient jets have gotten off to the best start of any airplane project Boeing has ever had.
For the A/V system to the 3000+ employees and family members MSI provided two 16k lumen projectors and 15' x 20' screens flown in the main assembly plant with JBL's 4889 Vertec line array speaker system. Outside the plant in the overflow area, MSI provided a 12' X 16' LED screen for day time projection.
The event went off without a hitch, thanks to MSI's staff!
